  • 176-unit affordable housing project approved

  • 100 new affordable homes coming to Ward 6

  • Part of 779 new units across Barrie

  • 0% increase in operational budget (4 years)

  • Barrie’s first AAA credit rating

  • Nearly $100M secured for housing and infrastructure

  • On my request, Council approved a second day of free transit for seniors, helping older adults stay connected to community services, recreation programs, medical appointments, and social activities while reducing transportation costs.
